Pick-ups will occur on Saturday July 13 from 9-2pm.
Pick up location is in Federal Way at 356th and 21st Street

If you cannot make this pick-up date/time, do not bid.
Applicable state taxes + a 10% buyer's premium are added. Please read our terms and conditions prior to bidding.
Bidding is a contractual agreement and obligation to pay. Do not bid if you do not plan to pay, or cannot make pick-ups.
Invoices are sent out via email the evening of auction close. Address is not provided until morning of pickups, to maintain security at the residence. The address will be posted on your invoice around 7am.

We are happy to ship small items at the winner's expense. If you require shipping please check with us before bidding.
We make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. Please be prepared to move your own furniture and large items.
No refunds or returns. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of auction close or your lots will be forfeited and your account will be disabled. Invoices are emailed at the end of the auction. Each invoice includes instructions for setting up a pickup time.
